Chicago is a “gun free” zone…
Unbelievable surveillance video captured flash mobs dashing into store after store and running out with armloads and sometimes entire racks of sporting goods.
It has happened at three different Sports Authority stores in the Chicago area.
This past Monday in Burbank at just before 1 p.m., five
individuals Blacks entered a Sports Authority and soon after they were off. Video shows them running out the door with rack after rack of apparel and an employee giving chase.
‘Tis the Season
At least we’d be able to confirm who they are…
Have we reached consensus on voter-ID? At this afternoon’s rally in honor of the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s “I Have a Dream” speech, former President Bill Clinton waggled his finger once again and zinged gun-rights activists, saying that voting should not be harder to do than buying an “assault weapon.” Since those purchases require a picture ID and usually a five-day waiting period, most gun-rights and voter-ID supporters would probably agree (video via Twitchy):

Blame the gun, not the gunner…
“It’s ironic how things kind of come together. You’ve heard me talk about assault weapons. It looks like there was an assault weapon used in that shooting last night,” said McCarthy.
Here’s some “irony” for you…

Rahm Emanuel is working on the problem
This came only a day after a weekend where 4 were killed and 22 hurt in shootings in Chicago.
Those numbers are slight compared to the shootings over the Fourth of July holiday weekend this year where a staggering 72 shootings occurred, with as many as a dozen ending up dead. Among those shot were two small boys, one a 5-year-old and the other a 7-year-old.
You wouldn’t know it from these statistics, but Chicago has actually experienced a drop in crime rates–including murder–so imagine how bad it was before. In 2012, for instance, there were a total of 516 murders and 11,866 gun related crimes in the city. This year that number will be smaller with 200 some murders thus far as the year winds down.
Rahm is working on a plan…
Must be a liberal…
“No one should live in fear of being stopped whenever he leaves his home to go about the activities of daily life,” the judge wrote. During police stops, she found, blacks and Hispanics “were more likely to be subjected to the use of force than whites, despite the fact that whites are more likely to be found with weapons or contraband.”
Blacks make up 13% of the population and account for 49% of the murders, 54% of the robberies

The NRA is out with a brand-new enemies list,” the MSNBC host said on “Politics Nation” Wednesday night. “Topping the list – this guy – that’s right, Yun Zi, from the San Diego Zoo…just celebrated his fourth birthday…

Gun-related homicides and crime are “strikingly” down from 20 years ago, despite the American public’s belief that firearm crime is on the upswing, a new study said Wednesday.
Looking back 50 years, a Pew Research Center study found U.S. gun homicides rose in the 1960s, gained in the 1970s, peaked in the 1980s and the early 1990s, and then plunged and leveled out the past 20 years.
“Despite national attention to the issue of firearm violence, most Americans are unaware that gun crime is lower today than it was two decades ago,” the researchers say.
More Guns = Lower Gun Crime…
