Agenda 21 – Nothing to See Here…

Framework for Global Governance

Anticipating Agenda 21

Agenda 21, the action plan to implement the principles and agreements of Rio, is a blueprint for constructing the new world order called for at Rio. It is vital that people grasp this new vision of our future and understand how they can contribute to its realization. – Maurice Strong, Forward, The Earth Summit’s Agenda for Change1.

The bureaucrats understand…

“You will never see it. You will never vote on it. No matter which path they use, the agencies can pen new regulations under threat of lawsuit and down the pipe it comes: enforceable administrative rules without legislation.

It could never happen here…

Election of Slave-holding Mauritania as VP of UN Human Rights Council

The UN Human Rights Council met today in Geneva and elected Mauritania as its Vice-President and Rapporteur for the next year, the second highest position at the world’s top human rights body.

According to a recent report by the Guardian, “up to 800,000 people in a nation of 3.5 million remain chattels,” with power and wealth overwhelmingly concentrated among lighter-skinned Moors, “leaving slave-descended darker-skinned Moors and black Africans on the edges of society.”

Liberal Heads Explode Across the Dominion

27 Oct

There is usually nothing of real consequence in mainstream Canadian  media… this piece by Terry Glavin is an exception

…You’ll notice it in the way perfectly progressive Canadians will talk themselves into such tight corners on the subject of Afghanistan that they sound as though they actually believe that the only reason all those Afghan girls risk their lives to walk to school every day is so that Don Cherry will say nice things about them on Coach’s Corner.

That the best way for a Canadian to see to it that humanitarian aid reaches Gaza is to simply pay one’s taxes — Ottawa has spent roughly $300 million in Gaza over the past five years — is practically heretical to even mention.

Worth a read.

Can We Please Leave the UN?

Who do you write about this kind of thing?

It’s like putting “Jack the Ripper in charge of a women’s shelter,” said Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch.

Genocidal Sudanese regime’s appointment to UN human rights council all but certain, watchdog says…

The election of a Sudanese warlord accused of genocide to the United Nations Human Rights Council is now virtually guaranteed, since he has the full backing of the world body’s African delegation.

The International Criminal Court has issued a warrant for Omar Al-Bashir — its first ever for a sitting head of state — for crimes against humanity he allegedly committed in Darfur. Yet, his regime is set to take its place on the panel, in the latest bizarre appointment to make a mockery of the UN’s human rights credibility, according to critics.

Muslim Democracy – Oxymoron

25 Jul

Obama’s mid east policy is similar to Carter’s – muddled, incoherent and damaging to global stability...

Lest anyone assume we are watching democracy in action, a yearning of the Muslim masses to achieve the freedoms Americans and others in the West enjoy, it would be well to take into consideration the general culture of the Arab world and to understand that “Muslim democracy” is as great an oxymoron and “Capitalist communism.”…
The Wall Street Journal in an editorial, “Obama’s Syrian Education”, noted that “It only took 17 months, and multiple Russian and Chinese vetoes, but the Obama administration has finally concluded that the United Nations has failed on Syria.”

The UN is a legacy of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and World War Two. It was fashioned largely by the communists in his and Truman’s administration. There has been little peace in the world since it was established and it has been a huge failure in too many ways to enumerate. It is a cesspool of corruption and the epicenter of the effort to impose a global government.

And this legacy is being perpetuated by the Communists in the Obama administration.

LOST was always a Looser

17 Jul

Which is why Obama, the NDP, and the UN backed it…

The premise of the “Law of the Sea Treaty” is precisely the same as Kyoto – to transfer wealth from the developed west to hellholes of tyranny in the third world. A few Republican Senators found their balls and stopped the ratification – for now… But like all things UN, “LOST” will shapeshift and come skulking back – it’s been out there for 30 years.

And guess which billionaire twit Democrat sponsored this thing —

By getting to 34 Senators in opposition, we have won a big battle. But Senator Kerry is unlikely to give up very easily, and the war won’t be over until it’s over.
Indeed, Kerry is already planning a counteroffensive for after the election, when his spokeswoman said Senators will be “away from the politics of the moment.”
